We recognise that balancing education with work and personal commitments can be challenging, which is why this comprehensive programme combines accessible online learning with expert guidance and practical, industry-focused assignments.
The Equine Business Management programme is delivered entirely online over 12 months and consists of 11 specialist modules. Students benefit from a combination of interactive eLearning materials, video lectures, recommended readings, live Zoom sessions with course leaders and industry experts, and recorded sessions for flexible revision and study.
Learners should expect to dedicate approximately 6–10 hours per week to their studies, with additional time required during the final project phase. Throughout the programme, students will apply business principles to realistic equine industry scenarios, developing practical skills in leadership, financial planning, marketing, operational management and strategic business development.
Assessment is completed through online knowledge checks, applied coursework and the development of a professional portfolio. The programme concludes with a capstone project in which students produce a comprehensive strategic business plan for a real or approved case-study equine enterprise.
