These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") apply to all sales of equine therapy support products and CPD and Owner course services ("Products") by Equied ("we", "us", or "our") through our website located equied.com or through any other authorized channels. By accessing or using our website or purchasing any Products from us, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, please do not use our website or purchase any Products from us.
These T&Cs constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. By placing an order for Products from our website, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. You should carefully read these T&Cs before placing an order.
We may revise these T&Cs from time to time. Any changes to these T&Cs will be effective immediately upon posting the revised T&Cs on our website. You are responsible for reviewing these T&Cs periodically to be informed of any changes. Your continued use of our website or purchase of Products after any changes to these T&Cs will constitute your acceptance of the revised T&Cs.
We offer a variety of Products, including online courses, digital downloads, and physical products. The descriptions and specifications of our Products are provided on our website. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our Products, but we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free.
The prices of our Products are displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed when you place an order will be the price that applies to your order.
We accept payment through various methods, including credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse any payment method at our discretion.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Products from us. We may accept or reject your order at our discretion. We will notify you of our acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email. The order confirmation email will contain details about your order, including the Products ordered, the price, and the shipping information.
We offer shipping to most countries around the world. The shipping costs will be displayed on our website when you checkout. We will ship your Products within the timeframe specified on our website.
We have a 7 day return policy for all Products. You may return any Product within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. To return a Product, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you a return shipping label. There is no return/refund on sale items that carry a discount of 30% or more. with the exception of faulty/damaged goods, that will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
All Products and content on our website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any Products or content without our prior written permission.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including solicitors' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or purchase of Products from us, including but not limited to any claims arising out of your breach of these T&Cs.

TThese T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Irish and European law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Ireland. 1. EU (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013: This regulation mandates that businesses provide clear and comprehensive information about their products, services, and terms and conditions before a consumer enters into an agreement. It also outlines the consumer's rights regarding cancellation, delivery, and defects. 2. It sets out the seller's obligations regarding quality, fitness for purpose, and description of goods and services. 3. Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (Ireland): These regulations apply to distance selling contracts, which are contracts where the consumer and the seller are not in the same place when the agreement is concluded. They provide additional consumer protection regarding information, withdrawal rights, and delivery.
